What is the difference between a live API integration and file exchange?
A live API integration moves data between the two systems automatically, with no one exporting or uploading a file. File exchange means data moves as a CSV or file export on a schedule. Both post the same financial data to NetSuite; the difference is automation and timeliness.
Does 3988 integrate with Storable Easy or SiteLink / Storable Edge?
Not as a live API today. Both connect to NetSuite through CSV or file exchange, the same as 3988’s other supported platforms. 3988 can build a live API integration for either as a scoped part of an engagement.
Can 3988 build an integration for a platform not listed here?
Yes. A new platform is scoped and priced as its own line in the engagement, using the same pattern 3988 built for Cubby. It is a defined build, not an existing integration.
Does any of these integrations move tenant records into NetSuite?
No. The site management platform stays the system of record for the tenant ledger, and tenant-level detail does not migrate into NetSuite. NetSuite receives financial data per facility: revenue by stream, deferred rent, deposits, settlements, write-offs and optional operational statistics.
